Sorry for the delayed reply to your email.

We have pulled out your file from June when you took delivery of the 2020 Qashqai and there are no notes or instructions that we were paying for any excess mileage or wear and tear from your old 2016 Rogue lease.

My GM, Anees and New Car Sales Manager, Vlad have thoroughly gone through the paperwork and all we did find is your original Bill of Sale and Vehicle Return Confirmation form which indicates that we were not paying for any excess mileage or wear and tear other than the Loyalty bonus of $500 of covering the excess wear and tear which shows in your liability statement.
